 We do NOT cut athletes, we find them the best RIZE team that is suited for their current skill level!

2018 RIZE SACRAMENTO SUMMER PROGRAM!

All programs will be led and directed by Julia Southard who serves as the Head Coach at Saint Francis HS in Sacramento. Southard plans on sharing her passion for the game and growing the game of lacrosse in the region. Southard has coached at every level of the game, from U10 to Division 1 college lacrosse!

Summer 2018 Program:
Consists of 2 sessions per week, two hours each, focusing on skill development, team concepts, and repetition! Groups will be divided by skill level so that coaching concepts and expectations can be applied accordingly. Southard will be present at all trainings, doing a bulk of the coaching, while also bringing on great coaches to help with development! 

AT RIZE , there is a place for EVERYONE!

WHO: Girls Lacrosse Players, Grades rising 7th through 12th graders
WHAT: NorCal RIZE Lacrosse Clinics
WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings: 6:15pm-8:15pm, June 5 through August 2.
WHERE:  Dave Roberts Soccer Field (grass)
COST: $325 (32 hours/16 sessions) OR $30 drop-in fee

***TRYOUT REQUIREMENTS:

All NEW players attending tryouts must be registered, paid, completed waivers, and have a current US Lacrosse Membership number.

All players trying out must pre-register online. There are no walk-ins. Tryouts are CLOSED to the public, friends and family.

NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED including PARENTS and coaches who are not working the tryouts.

***ATTIRE FOR TRYOUTS:

All NEW players must have their own stick, goggles, mouth guard, cleats and water bottle. Goggles and mouth guards are mandatory for all players.

NEW PLAYERS are to wear dark shorts and white tee shirts (no logos or affiliations). No school or club names on shirts of shorts or on any equipment.

RETURNING RIZE PLAYERS are to wear their current RIZE kits (reversible, shorts and socks).
